Job Description

A well-established client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This position is full-time Mon – Friday, pays up to $21hr, and is fully onsite from 8:30 – 5. 
Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, handle correspondence, and greet customers
• File and organize documents, distribute memos, and organize workspace
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents
• Assists team members with administrative tasks, such as data entry, typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning
• Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and tracking stock
• Create and update databases including spreadsheets and internal systems

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of administrative experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay of $21
• Basic benefits while contract
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
