We are looking for a Passionate and Experienced
Nightlife and Bar Managers

We currently represent 3 very exciting opportunities:

1. NIGHTLIFE/PM MANAGER for LGBTQ Upscale Bar - Hell’s Kitchen

Compensation: $40/hr (3 nights/week)
Location: Hell's Kitchen, NYC

If you're passionate about creating inclusive, fun, and high-energy nightlife experiences, this is the role for you. As the Nightlife/PM Manager at a premier LGBTQ upscale bar in Hell’s Kitchen, you'll oversee all evening operations, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience, smooth operations, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the bar’s nightly operations, ensuring top-notch guest service and smooth front-of-house flow.
• Lead a team of bartenders, servers, and hosts, ensuring everyone is working efficiently and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Curate an inclusive, vibrant atmosphere, and be a visible and active presence in the bar.
• Oversee guest satisfaction, handling any complaints or issues with care and professionalism.
• Assist with creating special events and themed nights that celebrate the LGBTQ community.

What You Bring:

• Experience in bar management, preferably in LGBTQ nightlife or inclusive spaces.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to energize and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse guest groups.
• Availability for 3 nights/week , including weekends.

2. ROOFTOP NIGHTLIFE MANAGER for Modern Hip Hotel - Gramercy Park

Compensation: $75K - $80K
Location: Gramercy Park, NYC

Ready to take the reins of an ultra-chic rooftop lounge at a modern, hip hotel in the heart of Gramercy Park? We’re looking for a Rooftop Nightlife Manager who can blend style, flair, and high-level hospitality to create an unforgettable rooftop experience for NYC’s most discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nightly rooftop operations, ensuring top-tier service, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of bartenders, servers, and security staff.
• Curate a dynamic and exciting nightlife experience, including themed events, promotions, and partnerships.
• Manage the overall ambiance and energy of the rooftop, ensuring a fun and upscale vibe.
• Handle VIP guests, large group reservations, and provide personalized service to elevate their experience.
• Collaborate with hotel management and marketing teams to drive traffic and enhance brand presence.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of nightlife or bar management experience in high-end, trendy venues.
• A natural ability to manage a busy, high-energy environment with style and grace.
• Knowledge of event programming, staff management, and maintaining an engaging guest experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with VIPs, guests, and staff.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and late nights.

3. PM FLOOR/SERVICE MANAGER for Busy Upscale Bar and Lounge - Midtown

Compensation: $75K - $85K
Location: Midtown, NYC

Do you have the energy, creativity, and expertise to lead a bustling upscale bar and lounge in the heart of Midtown? We’re seeking an experienced PM Floor/Service Manager who thrives in a high-volume setting and excels at providing seamless service in an upscale, fast-paced atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the floor during peak service hours, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Supervise front-of-house staff, including bartenders, servers, and hosts, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining the bar’s appearance.
• Develop and implement service training programs to elevate the guest experience.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and drive revenue.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in upscale bar/lounge management or service roles, with a proven track record in busy environments.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
• Extensive knowledge of the service industry, including mixology, customer service best practices, and floor management.
• Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays .
