Responsibilities:

• Open the hotel : Limited hours, unlimited impact.
• Roving to properties in Dallas and Houston as needed
• Delegate with precision : Ensure each department knows their tasks and executes them flawlessly.
• Corporate communication : Maintain a seamless connection with the Corporate Office.
• Handle guest relations : From calls to concerns, you’re the face of the hotel.
• Inspect everything : Rooms, work orders, and out-of-service rooms—you’re responsible for it all.
• Train and retrain : Your staff should reflect your standards, always.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience : As a hotel manager at a limited-service extended stay hotel.
• Proven leadership : If you’ve led before, you know what it takes to win.
• ServeSafe certified : Safety first.
• Availability : Be ready to work any shift—we’re counting on you.
