Castle Rock Capital Funding was founded by career loan officers with the dual purpose of helping loan officers grow their practice while creating a place where customers want to do business. We want MLOs that are professional take serving the customer seriously treat others with respect and dignity are responsive and truly want to grow with our organization. A few points that are important to understand Castle Rock is a platform for you to build your practice. Your compensation is based 100% on your production. Although work is remote we are only seeking Floridabased LOs. Also you must currently have an active Florida NMLS license. ALTHOUGH THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR FLORIDABASED MLOS. We are only currently licensed in Florida. You can however offer real estate investor products in other states.


Our onboarding process is different. We look for MLOs that blend with our culture rather than only seeking the top producers. Sure there are minimum production goals to help us offset the cost of the significant resources we provide our MLOs but we want you to be truly happy with Castle Rock and our minimum production requirements are relatively low in comparison with other brokers. If there isn t a fit that s OK but this isn t a large national brokerage where you hang your license and become only a number.

GREAT FLEXIBLE RATES: We give our LO s pricing authority to be more than competitive. You ll likely be the lowrate lender in the market. Stop losing clients because of rate. Come to Castle Rock! The key is balancing the compensation with offering great rates. We keep a much smaller portion of the revenue generated in comparison to most brokers and lenders therefore we can offer great competitive rates with great payouts.


GREAT PAYOUTS: Our splits are among the best in the industry. It is your own practice using our platform as support. Comp is 100% production based. It is our philosophy to put as much in your pocket as we can. We re not greedy and we want you to be happy and succeed. Compare our payouts and rates to your current company. We re confident we ll be better. One huge point to consider we allow you to have pricing authority. We see lenders offering huge payouts but what they are doing is building so much into the rate that it s hard to be competitive. Castle Rock keeps a smaller amount and then let s you decide the mark up. That way you can discount loans to be competitive if you wish. You are in control and ultimately decide how much you are taking home based on the structure of each loan.


RESOURCES: We use Arive as our LOS (if you are not familiar with it Arive is spelled correctly) and we provide this to all MLOs. Our use of a Transaction Manager to free up the MLO is also quite unique. This unique and tremendous tool frees the MLO to do what they do best drive business in the door by relieving them of the administrative tasks that make it hard to scale up their practice.


OUR PROCESS: We want our MLOs to thrive and do more business. Most MLOs we ve spoken to end up so bogged down in paperwork that they can t scale their practices up. That s why we ve added the role of Transaction Manager to the team. Once the MLO originates the loan the MLS licensed Transaction Manager steps in to gather documents from the customer get the loan submitting for underwriting get the loan over to processing and then they monitor the deal to ensure an ontime and smooth closing. On most deals the MLO touches each deal very little once the customer says yes . This allows the MLO more time to originate more business and spend more time with family and friends. After your first 3 deals with us the use of the TM is optional and there is a small charge to your payout upon closing for the use of the TM but our process allows you to make more money with less stress so you can grow your practice and do the things you love to do. Use of the TM is not required after the first 3 deals but it truly is a way to break through that plateau that holds most MLOs back.


OUR PRODUCT PHILOSOPHY: If you are looking for a broker with 100 lenders to choose from you ve come to the wrong place. We will add lenders to the stable if it makes sense but we believe building deep relationships with fewer lenders is far superior to setting up 100 lenders only to use a handful. Processors and TMs can t be expected to master the portals of 100 different lenders and we ve found that lenders are more responsive to those brokerages that actually send them business as opposed to brokerages that might send only 1 deal each year. We offer the best lenders in many different categories. We re well known for excelling with real estate investor and selfemployed borrower loans which gives you a good way to set yourself apart when approaching referral sources. We are very open to adding more lenders to the stable of lenders but we want to make sure they are lenders that we will truly want a relationship with.


PROCESSING FEES: Many companies have an ownership interest in their processing functions. They keep a huge portion of the processing fees while making the processor work for peanuts. At Castle Rock we don t keep any of the processing fee. 100% of the processing fee goes directly to the processor. The customer pays less the processor gets more and everyone is happy. If you don t think that makes a massive difference you would be wrong.


TEAM BUILDING: We support and encourage you to grow your practice by building a team. You as a team lead enjoy an override of members of your team. It s a great way for you to build a practice while getting support from your broker.


LEADS: We devote a percentage of our revenue to marketing but let s face it the days of picking up lowhanging fruit with the refinance boom is behind us for a while. We took a very hard look at lead generation systems and discovered that leads provided in this current market aren t that great from anyone. We decided to put the money we would normally spend on weak lead generation back into the MLOs pocket to let them decide how they wish to market through higher splits. When leads start to improve in the market we might offer an optional lead system or you can go your own and keep that money. We want you to be happy and have more control over your practice. We focus heavily on support and teaching to help you build a pipeline of great loyal referral sources that will stick with you through thick and thin provided you take great care of them. We ve done this for more than 30 years through feast or famine. We know what works and what doesn t for the long term and we re here to help you build that kind of practice. We want you to succeed!
