A leader in our field, Heartland Women's Healthcare of Advantia is a growing OB/GYN practice throughout Southern Illinois and Missouri. We are hiring for a Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our Wentzville team!
As a Heartland Women's Healthcare Medical Assistant/Receptionist you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Additionally, you will work at the front desk of our medical office and assist our patients and other visitors. Your job duties will include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, collecting patient co-pays, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments. You will also help keep our records and work areas clean and organized, as well as ensure our office provides a welcoming environment for our patients. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
