Position Overview:
Are you a passionate and adaptable marketing professional excited about digital innovation and brand building? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a successful track record in leading marketing initiatives? As the Marketing Manager at our telehealth startup, you will play a key role in shaping and driving our marketing strategies across performance and organic channels. You will help create awareness, engage our audience, scale our business, and introduce patients to a healthier lifestyle. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and works closely with the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals and growth objectives.
Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, to drive user acquisition and retention.
Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) to achieve targeted KPIs and maximize ROI, including overseeing marketing agency partnerships.
Organic Growth: Spearhead content strategies across various mediums (e.g., blog posts, articles) to increase organic traffic and enhance brand visibility.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a small but growing team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and results-driven performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified approach to customer engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, make informed decisions, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints, enhancing brand awareness and trust in the telehealth space.
Innovation & Creativity: Continuously explore and experiment with new marketing trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing a team or spearheading major initiatives.
Digital Expertise: Proven expertise in digital marketing, including a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, analytics tools, and e-commerce best practices.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to completion, achieving significant results. Experience in leading and motivating direct reports is strongly preferred.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Innovation: A knack for creative thinking, with a history of developing innovative solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare or telehealth is highly desirable, along with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these fields.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives and presenting them in a relatable, actionable way to diverse audiences.
