Position Overview:
As a Reservations Agent , you will be responsible for managing customer bookings, providing tailored travel advice, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our clients. You will assist in handling reservations for accommodations, flights, and other travel services, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide detailed information about available travel options, prices, and packages to customers in Italian and English.
• Assist customers in making and modifying bookings, ensuring all their needs and preferences are met.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner, updating customer records in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations) to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
• Stay updated on promotions, new services, and policies to offer the best possible advice to customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in Italian (C1 level or higher) and B2 English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Prior experience in reservations or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of bookings.
• Basic knowledge of booking systems and travel platforms is a plus.
