What You’ll Do:
You will support the Closing Department through the review, processing, and follow-up of closing documents, funding conditions, and related documents.

Your Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Pipeline Management – Work files as assigned or from a closing queue.
• Review signed closing documents for pertinent information, dates, and appropriate signatures.
• Review and sign off on all funding conditions.
• Issue written funding authorization to the closing agent.
• Data entry in LOS (Encompass) such as moving milestones, additional fields as trained.
• Follow up for post-closing documents from closing agents as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

• Customer service oriented.
• Strong aptitude for detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with ease (pipeline management).
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Thrive working independently in a high-volume environment.
• Desire to expand job knowledge for potential career path promotion.

Your Education and Experience: 

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Recent funding/closing experience, preferably within a builder environment is preferred.

Compensation: 

Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an hourly rate in the range of $28.00 - $36.00/hour with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
