Benesch is proud to announce the opening for a Legal Recruiting Manager in our New York office! This position is hybrid and has work from home flexibility.
Position Summary :

The Legal Recruiting Manager is responsible for supporting the Firm's Director of Legal Recruiting in managing lateral attorney recruiting firm-wide, from branding support in the firm's respective markets, to creating a talent pipeline, sourcing candidates, managing the candidate experience, and successfully bringing top talent into the firm. In addition, the Legal Recruiting Manager is to identify and recommend process improvement and ensure the firm's DEI goals are considered related to all recruiting efforts.

Qualifications:
The Legal Recruiting Manager must have a Bachelor's Degree. Experience in a law firm environment preferred; recruiting experience required. An ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, along with strong organizational skills and a client service attitude are required. Must possess a strong desire to learn and be part of a team, have an interest in technology, and be social media savvy. Ability to travel as needed and work overtime/evenings periodically required.
The salary range for this position is $143K to $177K.
Please note that quoted salary ranges are based on Benesch's good faith belief at the time of the job posting and are not a guarantee of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that Benesch provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full-time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
