Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Landscape Install Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of landscape installation, the ability to read and interpret design plans, and a strong background in managing installation projects from start to finish. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments. who will provide excellent customer service and take pride in their work while growing with ASI Landscape Management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage landscape installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
· Interpret and execute landscape design plans, ensuring the vision is brought to life accurately.
· Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
· Lead and supervise installation crews, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
· Conduct site assessments and prepare project timelines and budgets.
· Source and procure necessary materials, plants, and equipment for projects.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
· Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and other relevant data.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape installation and management.
· Strong ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints.
· Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale landscape projects.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Strong knowledge of plant materials, horticulture, and hardscape installation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Certification in landscape management or related field is a plus.
