Quals/experience:

Minimum of a 4-year accredited undergraduate program.

3-8 years professional experience.

Licensure is a plus. Or motivated to obtain within next two years.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in autoCAD, Adobe suite, sketchup, Lumion and project management software.

Familiar with and/or willing to learn Autodesk Build, Civcast, MasterSpec, Microsoft Project.

Confident producing specifications, bid documents, and project manuals.
