Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services for K-12 students in a school district. This is a remote, full-time role, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will play a vital role in helping students develop their communication skills, providing essential therapy, and working collaboratively with educators and parents to ensure student success.
As a Virtual SLP, you will assess and treat speech and language disorders, create individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with school staff—all through a secure, user-friendly online platform. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Virtual Speech Therapy: Provide online speech therapy services to K-12 students using a secure digital platform.
Assess and Treat: Conduct speech assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to address speech and language challenges.
Document and Track Progress: Keep accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and any adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring ongoing communication with all involved parties.
Collaborate with School Teams: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
Engage Students: Use digital tools and creative resources to design engaging and interactive virtual therapy sessions.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest best practices in teletherapy and speech-language pathology to ensure your methods remain effective in a virtual setting.

Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred.
Comfort with teletherapy and using online platforms for therapy is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to effectively engage and motivate students using virtual tools and resources.
