Job Description

Are you a proactive, problem-solving educator with a passion for creating meaningful, high-quality educational content? Do you thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment where innovation and attention to detail are essential? If so, we'd love to have you join our team!

At our company, we believe every student can succeed when they receive personalized instruction that meets their unique learning needs, combined with encouragement to strive for their best. Our learning programs empower teachers to differentiate instruction, track progress, and support students on their path to success.

We focus on providing an online, standards-based supplemental curriculum designed to bridge gaps for diverse students, including English learners, bilingual learners, multilingual students, and those who struggle with reading and writing. Our goal is to ensure that every student has the tools to grow and achieve.

We are currently seeking a dedicated K-12 Content Writer who is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and eager to craft curriculum-aligned educational materials. This contractor position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Write & Edit with Precision: Create engaging, standards-aligned instructional content tailored for K-12 learners, ensuring clarity, depth, and accuracy in all materials.
Innovate & Problem-Solve: Recognize challenges in content development and actively implement creative solutions to improve both efficiency and learning outcomes.
Optimize & Streamline Processes: Develop and refine workflows for content creation, ensuring that all materials maintain consistency, scalability, and high-quality standards.
Master the Details: Focus on maintaining accuracy and consistency, adhering to K-12 best practices while ensuring content is clear, engaging, and accessible.
Own Your Work: Take initiative to meet deadlines, maintain high standards, and ensure that all deliverables align with project goals with minimal supervision.
Think Like an Educator: Design content that supports diverse learners, integrates best teaching practices, and promotes academic success.
Adapt & Grow: Embrace feedback, continuously refining content and workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality.

What We Offer:
Remote & Flexible Work: Enjoy the freedom of working from anywhere while making a meaningful impact on education.
Contract with Growth Potential: This is a contractor role with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment in just six months for top performers.
Collaborative Team: Work alongside an innovative and dedicated team committed to creating top-notch educational materials for K-12 students.
Impactful Work: Help shape the learning experience for students across the nation, playing a crucial role in their academic growth.
If you're ready to take ownership of your work, push creative boundaries, and create exceptional educational content that makes a real difference, we encourage you to apply today!

Required Qualifications:
K-12 Classroom Experience: Direct teaching or curriculum writing experience is essential for this role.
Degree Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and digital content creation tools.
Self-Motivation: You're a proactive, autonomous individual who thrives when given the freedom to solve problems and drive your work forward.
Impeccable Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision are key in delivering high-quality content.
Education & Curriculum Expertise: Experience in K-12 curriculum development, teaching, or assessment writing is highly desirable.
Growth-Oriented Mindset: You welcome feedback and see it as an opportunity to continuously improve both your content and processes.
