Junior Social Media Manager - initial 6-month contract (with the possibility to extend)
FitXR is a fitness technology company working at the cutting edge of VR and MR, building a movement for movement.

TLDR
We're seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll help manage our brand's online presence, engage with our community, grow our follower audience, and create fun and engaging content to drive interaction and brand loyalty.
This role offers visibility within the organisation, collaborating with different teams to elevate our social media efforts and amplify our brand's impact.
Note: There will be travel required for this role to marketing activation events around the US.
Where you’ll spend your time
Engage with our digital community, interact with followers, and amplify their voices to shape our brand's online presence
Assist in crafting narratives and content strategies, curating and executing impactful storytelling with both our customers and trainers
Own the creation, execution, and optimisation of social media campaigns that build strong connections with our audience
Create social content, including videos such as reels and TikTok videos
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and company goals
Experiment with innovative approaches and emerging trends in social media to drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and uncover new opportunities
We’d love to see from you
You have a strong interest in content creation and enjoy creating and adding creative flair to reels, stills and videos and editing for brand intention
You're hands-on, and you’d go above and beyond to make the marketing team and the company growth successful
You are customer-obsessed and have experience in communicating with audiences
You have experience growing social media followers on Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok
You can help craft a cohesive and consistent Instagram grid that represents a premium but relatable brand.
Familiarity with social media data analytics and reporting is a plus, but not required
