Job Description

MAKE UP FOR EVER,  a subsidiary of LVMH, is looking for a  Junior Business Analyst.  Based in the New York City  office and reporting to the  Director, FP&A,  this person is responsible for issuing sales reporting and analysis as well as support both Finance and Sales Functions.

What You'll Do:

• Issue weekly and monthly analysis & reporting on sales to all local teams and HQ, including sales by product, focus on new launches, Like for Like comparisons, for both Wholesale and Retail channels
• Develop and execute value-added analyses to support and drive business insights, and to anticipate future performance, for the US and Canada markets
• Improve continuously sales reporting based on Power BI
• Provide support to Sales team on monitoring top doors and setting up relevant targets
• Support the monthly financial closings, including analysis, reporting to HQ, and tracking of operational expenses with local teams
• Participate in the preparation of the sales & financial forecasts

Qualifications

Who You Are: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fie
• 0-2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Interest/experience in beauty a plus
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal – ability to partner with a variety of parties
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on, organized, rigorous, detail oriented and data driven
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
• Experience with Power BI, AX, Anaplan or similar products is a plus

• Salary Range: $ 60K - $65K per year

MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of experience, performance, and tenure. The bottom third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees developing in their role. The middle third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are strong performers. The upper third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are consistently high performers. While the published salary is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range.
