Junior Business Analyst Contract Length: 6-12 months
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our client’s Customer Data and Analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and analyze customer data, optimize customer feedback processes, and deliver insightful reports that drive key business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience with survey management, data analytics, and reporting tools, and will be a key player in executing data-driven strategies to improve customer experience.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-driven role for 2 years.
- Strong proficiency with Qualtrics, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of Python and SQL for data pipeline execution and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with requestors to define survey objectives, criteria, and timelines.
- Build surveys in the Qualtrics platform, ensuring alignment with internal best practices and specifications. Schedule survey distributions and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Coordinate with the customer analytics team as needed to address specific needs and objectives.
- Distribute ongoing customer surveys and track completion rates.
- Analyze and report on customer feedback, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Update Tableau visualizations and dashboards to reflect real-time data.
- Produce and distribute weekly/monthly platform performance reports.
- Regularly update PowerPoint presentations for team reviews and executive reporting.
- Update and maintain process documentation for existing workflows and projects.
- Track team tasks and manage project lists in SharePoint, ensuring accurate reporting and process updates.
- Monitor daily activity within the Customer Community, providing timely reports as requested.
- Execute routine data pipeline refreshes using Python and SQL.
- Support other ad hoc projects as needed, providing analytical insights and support for key business initiatives.
