Spring Internship Opportunity

About the Role

We're excited to offer a dynamic Spring Internship for driven and ambitious students interested in gaining hands-on experience in investment banking. This program provides a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects. Interns will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of industries including technology, software, and consumer markets, and will have the chance to develop crucial skills in financial analysis, modeling, and client interaction.

The Internship Program runs year-round, with three available terms: Spring, Summer, and Fall. It's designed to provide comprehensive training, professional development, and the chance to build a network in the finance world.

Role Responsibilities

As an intern, you will be engaged in a fast-paced and stimulating environment, where your tasks will include:

Performing financial analysis and modeling.
Conducting research on companies and industries.
Assisting with the development of client presentations.
Engaging with senior bankers and clients on ongoing projects.
Participating in various stages of mergers, acquisitions, and financing deals.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Proven ability to conduct research, write marketing documents, analyze market data, and perform financial valuations.
Strong Excel modeling skills and basic proficiency in PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for finance.
Work authorization in the US.
Ability to commit to a full-time internship (approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
