Integrated Marketing Campaign Coordinator (Remote)
Are you a creative, organized, and motivated marketing professional? We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including direct mail, email, and digital/social media, with a special emphasis on direct mail strategies. What You'll Do:
Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience across channels.
Oversee direct mail campaigns, ensuring accurate execution and optimal response rates while keeping costs in check.
Build and maintain relationships with direct mail vendors, negotiating rates, managing budgets, and setting timelines to deliver on campaign objectives.
Analyze past campaign performance and identify areas for improvement to refine strategies and enhance future results.
Serve as a subject matter expert on USPS data and variable print, ensuring accuracy throughout campaign processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Data, Print) and clients to produce cohesive and engaging campaigns that meet business goals.
Proof campaign materials and ensure all elements (logic, metadata, artwork) are aligned with quality standards and budget constraints.
Evaluate the financial performance of campaigns, including budgets, ROI, and profitability.
Look for opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Be the go-to person for clients and vendors, providing clarity, resolving issues, and ensuring all timelines are met.
Create imaging instructions for print materials, working closely with vendors on design, color, and format specifications.
Conduct annual audits to maintain high-performance standards across all vendor partnerships.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with Google Display Network and Facebook advertising is a plus.
Familiarity with Twilio SendGrid and working knowledge of email HTML and design philosophy is preferred.
Skills You'll Need:
Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks independently or as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a talent for proofreading to ensure accuracy.
Ability to analyze data, refine strategies, and make informed decisions.
