Hybrid Audit Senior Associate

Position Overview
As a Hybrid Audit Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading and assisting in the planning and execution of both traditional and digital-focused audits for clients. You will work alongside other professionals to ensure that audit engagements are conducted efficiently and effectively, while also providing value-added insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage both traditional and digital-focused audit engagements from planning to completion
• Assist in the development and execution of audit plans and testing procedures
• Identify and communicate audit issues, and provide recommendations for improvements
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports and other client deliverables
• Maintain relationships with clients, and facilitate communication throughout the audit process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit
• Strong understanding of traditional audit methodology, as well as experience with digital-focused audits
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
