Job Description:
As a Healthcare Recruiter at The Business Tree, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates for healthcare positions across various specialties. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere and manage your own schedule effectively.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to expand our talent pool.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a related role.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, roles, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player.
