Role - Data Analyst

Duration: 1 year+

Key Responsibilities:

• Health Dashboard Management: Maintain and tweak PowerBI dashboards to monitor data from all sites, ensuring systems are operational and data is accurate.
• Customer Onboarding Models: Develop and refine mathematical models to recommend appropriate product quantities and substitutions for new customers.
• Seasonality Analysis: Analyze seasonal trends in different regions, particularly Florida hospitals, to inform product inventory and sutures.
• Data Integration and Analysis: Implement new methods for obtaining and analyzing data from sources such as Baptist hospital, comparing different methodologies to identify changes and impacts.
• AI Utilization: Integrate AI technologies into data analysis processes to enhance insights and operational efficiency.

Technical Skills:

• Power BI: Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and optimizing PowerBI reports.
• Python: Experience with Python for data analysis and developing tools to recommend product placement. Ability to enhance existing Python tools for greater flexibility and functionality.
• Automation: Identify and automate repetitive data tasks to increase efficiency and allow team members to focus on more innovative work.

• SQL

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the big picture and understand business impacts.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment, especially with external consulting firms.
• Ability to work independently, execute tasks efficiently, and contribute innovative ideas.
