Job Description

Project Management:

• Utilize various product management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, and Hybrid, to define and document project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain estimated timelines based on project scope.
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally.

Team Management:

• Oversee the management of cross-matrix teams to ensure effective execution of projects.
• Evaluate project performance and make necessary adjustments to meet goals.

Day-to-Day Operations:

• Oversee daily project activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Assess risks proactively and engage stakeholders early to resolve any roadblocks.

Project Closure:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate project closure, ensuring all deliverables are met and documented.
• Review and assess the current inventory of standard procedure documents and drive necessary updates.

Pharmaceutical Experience:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes in IT and data governance.
• Proven experience as a project management lead in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Veeva Compass, and Symphony is a plus.

Strategic Initiatives:

• Ability to work autonomously while seeking advice when necessary.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing without authority.
• Capable of managing multiple workstreams in high-pressure settings.

Communication:

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey messages to higher levels of management and various teams.
• Ability to negotiate, navigate conflicts, and reach win-win solutions.

Risk Management:

• Monitor project timelines and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
