Job Description

Our client, a B2B distribution company, is looking for an in-house Graphic Designer to join their team to design from concept through execution.

The successful candidate will help execute the company’s brand, work and vision through digital and print collateral.

This position is Full-time, In-person only. No remote, hybrid or part time

Responsibilities:

• Design, produce and edit a variety of graphic rich materials - both print and digital -including, web elements (UI, UX), flyers, newsletters, advertisements, presentations, promotional displays, trade show materials and signage
• Create design templates and sample layouts based on corporate visual identity
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to conceptualize and convey design ideas.
• Help develop visual structure and functionality email marketing. High focus will be on executing digital campaigns.
• Assist in the production of all materials
• collaborating with the Creative Team to support the brand’s visual storytelling
• Working in short timelines and meeting deadlines efficiently
• Substantiating presentation of concepts

Skills:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ hands-on experience either in B2B, corporate or other relevant fields, including ad agencies, design studios, marketing firms, etc.
• Must possess a modern sense of design aesthetics, and be experienced in taking a concept and transforming it into a design theme to be used on a series of marketing pieces
• An eye for detail and an in-depth understanding of design elements such as layouts, colors, typography, etc.
• Perfectionism and passion about design; attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with ability to work under tight deadlines and function well during periods of high production, including juggling multiple projects at once
• Possession of a collaborative and team mindset
• Self-starter, willing to try things which hasn't been done before
• Self-motivation with critical attention to detail
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Acrobat Professional, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Figma and general knowledge and familiarity with HTML, CSS Flexible and cool-headed under constructive criticism
• Brevo email marketing, Odoo web, animation skills, is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
