Job Description

We are seeking an active, hands-on General Manager who excels both mentally and physically. The ideal candidate embodies effective communication and takes full ownership of their role. To maintain our hotel’s efficiency, the GM must ensure smooth operations and cultivate a unified, high-performing team. Leadership skills and a track record of success are key, even if you lack prior hotel experience—your leadership will outshine industry-specific history.

General Manager Benefits:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Opening the hotel and managing limited hours of operation
• Delegating tasks across departments
• Communicating with the Corporate Office
• Handling calls from guests and potential clients
• Inspecting rooms after Housekeeping turnover
• Overseeing Maintenance work quality
• Managing out-of-service rooms
• Resolving guest concerns
• Ongoing staff training and development

Requirements:

• 3+ years of progressive experience as a Hotel Manager in a limited-service extended stay hotel
• Strong leadership, communication, and follow-through skills
• ServeSafe certification
• Availability to work various shifts as needed
