General Manager Opportunity

Are you an active and dynamic leader, both mentally and physically? As a General Manager, two essential qualities are practical communication and a strong sense of ownership. We operate an efficient hotel, and we're looking for a General Manager who can lead our team with the same level of precision. Your ability to motivate and unify the staff is crucial to achieving success. While prior hotel experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement. We value leadership skills and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the opening of the hotel during limited hours of operation.
• Delegate tasks effectively across various staff departments.
• Maintain clear communication with the Corporate Office.
• Handle incoming calls from current and prospective guests.
• Inspect rooms after Housekeeping has completed their tasks.
• Review and assess the quality of completed Maintenance work orders.
• Evaluate the status and plan actions for any out-of-service rooms.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Provide ongoing training and development for staff members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as a Hotel Manager in a limited-service environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to follow-through.
• ServeSafe certification.
• Flexibility to work any shift as needed.
