As a founding recruiter at Privy, you will be responsible for scaling our team by leading end-to-end hiring. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier talent across engineering, product, and business functions. This is an opportunity to build a world-class recruiting function from the ground up and help define the culture of a fast-growing startup.
Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and design a hiring process for candidates.
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including direct outreach, team referrals, and hackathons / other industry events.
Operationalize and refine interview processes
Develop and track hiring metrics to optimize recruiting strategies.
Build Privy’s employer brand by driving recruitment marketing efforts
4+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
Proven ability to source and close high-caliber candidates, particularly for technical roles.
Strong process-building skills with a bias toward operational excellence.
Passion for startup culture and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A strong communicator who can effectively sell the vision of Privy to potential hires.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
Past experience working with developer tools companies
People ops experience

Physically based in NYC
