  • Job Location: Southeast (U.S.) 
  • Job Salary: $52K to $75K base 
  • Travel: 75%+

Responsibilities

  • Peform preventative maintenance onsite at healthcare facilities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of product. 
  • Perform repairs and troubleshooting measures as needed at healthcare facilities and hospitals to ensure reliability and performance of product. 
  • Keep and maintain accurate record logs of service activities, repairs, and maintenance scheduling.
  • Be an on-site resource, as well as a remote resource, in order to address any performance issues or client concerns. 
  • Ensure all maintenance and activities are within compliance guidelines, meeting regulatory standards, company policies, and industry expectations. 
  • Be a training resource to healthcare staff when providing service updates.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiencies and performance. 
  • Work closely with company leadership, providing feedback, performance, and customer needs to team. 

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bacherlor's degree preferrd 
  • Background in equipemnt installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting 
  • Ability to work independently, being able to represent our company to our customers
  • Experience in medical device servicing, or healthcare equipment maintenance is a plus
  • Knowledge of sterilization protocols or operating room protocols a plus
  • Ability to travel to client sites (mostly around the Southeastern United States) will be required
