What You'll Be Doing (AKA: How You'll Make an Impact)
Fractional CFO Leadership: Provide guidance and high-level financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and sound advice to help our social purpose and nonprofit clients navigate their financial journeys.
Tax Strategy & Compliance: Help clients navigate complex tax requirements, ensuring compliance while identifying opportunities for tax savings to maximize mission-focused resources.
Mission-Focused Insights: Go beyond the numbers to deliver clarity on financial reports and strategies, empowering clients to understand and drive their missions forward.
Values-Driven Partnership: With a commitment to growth for both clients and our team, you'll bring authenticity, positivity, and responsibility to every client interaction, becoming a trusted partner.
About You - Our Ideal Candidate
You're an experienced CPA, especially skilled in tax strategy and fractional CFO work, and you're motivated by working with purpose-driven clients who value your expertise and insights. You have a sharp eye for detail, spotting trends and opportunities within the numbers, and you love guiding mission-focused organizations toward sustainable success.
Here's What You'll Bring
Experience with Purpose: At least 5 years in accounting, with strong expertise in business tax and fractional CFO roles. Experience with nonprofit accounting? Even better!
