About the Role

With the strategic vision of Steer Health focused on “LEAD WITH INNOVATION, EXCELLENCE, AND ACCESSIBILITY FOR ALL,” the CEO’s Office is dedicated to enhancing strategic planning, governance, and operational efficiency. Our aim is to elevate healthcare through responsible AI, ensuring that our initiatives are not only innovative but also inclusive and impactful.

To actualize this strategic vision, a pivotal role around Executive Support and Project Management is needed. This role will seamlessly connect the CEO and executive team with the broader organizational goals, driving key initiatives that align with our mission of transforming healthcare access and delivery.

Impact You Can Create In The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and Executive Team, the Executive Assistant will be entrusted with the following mission:

• Strategically Support Leadership: Align the CEO and executive team’s goals with the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring that every step we take is a step towards responsible AI and inclusive healthcare.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage and optimize the executive team’s workflows, calendars, and communications to enable peak efficiency and effectiveness.
• Orchestrate Key Projects: Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and align with Steer Health’s overarching mission and values.
• Foster Collaboration: Act as a critical liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all touchpoints.

What You Will Bring

• Proven Experience in Executive Support: A strong track record of managing and supporting high-level executives, with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver proactive solutions.
• Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Relationship Building: A natural talent for fostering relationships, with experience interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
• Adaptability and Initiative: A self-motivated approach, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and the drive to see projects through to completion.
• Willingness to Work On-Site: Must be able to work on-site at our Irving, TX headquarters 4-5 days a week, ensuring direct and efficient support to the CEO and executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a track record of impactful work.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an executive assistant or similar role, with strong project management capabilities.
• An agile learner, capable of quickly adapting to new challenges and managing multiple priorities in a high-stakes environment.
• Impeccable organizational skills with an unerring attention to detail—because excellence is in the details.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a readiness to adopt new tools to enhance productivity.
• Discretion and integrity in managing confidential information, along with a high degree of professionalism in all interactions.
