Overview

As an Email Marketing and Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and creating compelling content for social platforms that resonates with our audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies that enhance customer engagement, drive conversions, and foster brand loyalty.

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated drip campaigns for both brands

• Write engaging and persuasive email copy that aligns with brand voice and objectives.

• Design and create visually appealing email templates using email marketing platforms.

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize email effectiveness.

• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver targeted content.

• Monitor and report on key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click- through rates, and conversions.

• Collaborate with the content team to create blog posts, social media content, and other marketing materials.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our email marketing efforts are cutting-edge.

• Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that support overall marketing goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing and content creation.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong Writing and Editing Skills: The ability to produce clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content is essential. This includes proficiency in different writing styles and the ability to adapt tone and voice to suit various audiences and platforms.
• Creativity and Originality: The ability to generate fresh, original ideas and present content in an engaging and unique way is crucial. This skill helps in creating content that stands out and captures the audience's attention.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
