Job Description

Position Overview: The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for our electrical projects. This position is remote and will work with the client and design team to develop and deliver estimates. The estimator will be responsible for bid preparation and should have experience with estimating and various estimating software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical estimates based on information provided by the design team and clients.
• Analyze and adjust estimates as necessary.
• Prepare bids for clients and submit bids for approval.
• Ensure accuracy of estimates and bids.
• Perform site visits as needed.
• Maintain communication with the design team and client throughout the estimating process.

Qualifications:

• Experience with electrical estimating software such as EBM, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, ConEST, Sure Count, Accubid, and/or Livecount.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and the estimating process.
• Ability to work remotely and effectively collaborate with the design team and clients.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
