About the Role:

Are you passionate about education and libraries? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Education and Library Sales Consultant in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting with educators and library professionals, showcasing and selling a diverse range of educational products, including books, eBooks, online resources, and classroom materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies within your territory.
Identify and engage potential clients, set appointments, and conduct impactful sales presentations to expand our customer base.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Travel within your assigned territory to meet with clients and present our products.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to provide knowledgeable and engaging presentations.
Represent the company at local and state trade shows.
About You:

We're seeking someone who excels in customer relations and has a genuine interest in the education and public library sectors. Ideal candidates will have:

A proven track record in sales, including acquiring and retaining new accounts.
Outstanding communication and active listening skills.
Self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
Experience in prospecting and cold calling.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel).
Reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
A college degree is preferred, though not required.
Former librarians, educators, and teachers are encouraged to apply!
