The Role

We are looking for an entry-level Document Scanner. This position scans documents to digitize paper files, save space, eliminate filing, and easily retrieve and email documents.

This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate does not have to have experience in our industry because we will train! It is great for a college student who needs a part-time job. It is also a great first job. Are you looking to gain experience in an office setting? This is the job!

Hours: 8:00am-1:00pm (hours are flexible as long as they are consistent)

Responsibilities:

  • Produce digital copies of documents for retention purposes by using digital scanners
  • Organize scanned documents on various local networks and storage devices
  • Ability to identify issues and provide meaningful solutions to ensure high quality digital copies are created for each document
  • Enter information from scanned images and paper documents
  • Reviews and verifies data entered into system to ensure accuracy
  • Ensures that equipment such as scanners and other processing tools are operating as intended
  • Other duties as assigned.
