About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our small to medium-sized business (SMB) clients, helping them succeed with our digital marketing solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams—designers, developers, SEO/Paid Ad specialists, social media experts, and more—to provide the best possible service and results for our clients.

This is a client-facing role with a focus on client management and digital marketing expertise, so a customer-centric approach and knowledge of marketing strategies are key. If you are passionate about digital marketing and love building relationships, this position is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Client Liaison: Serve as the main contact between clients and internal teams, building strong relationships and guiding clients through their marketing journey.
Marketing Strategy: Educate clients on our various marketing programs and spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Performance Monitoring: Set realistic goals with clients, using local SEO, paid social, and SEM strategies to grow their businesses.
Campaign Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, reporting on KPIs and ROI.
Content Management: Collect client assets and collaborate with internal teams to produce top-notch, original content.
Quality Control: Review marketing materials for consistency before sending them to clients.
Paid Advertising: Discuss and analyze clients' paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Website Management: Act as the go-between for clients and the web team to ensure smooth project management.

What You Bring:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong background in Customer Service or Sales.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A deep interest in SEO and digital marketing.
Project Management or Account Management experience.
Quick learner with adaptability.
Experience with platforms such as Google Business Profiles, Facebook Business Pages, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a plus.
Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Email, Drive).
