Job Description

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic team in driving high-impact marketing initiatives across multiple brands. In this leadership role, you'll oversee a variety of marketing campaigns, guiding and supporting team members to develop strategies that drive growth and generate leads. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that marketing projects are executed smoothly, campaigns are optimized for peak performance, and our overarching goals are achieved. This role requires someone with excellent people management skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and a data-driven mindset. You'll report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing and collaborate across departments to bring our brand vision to life.

This is a fully remote position. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

Mentor and develop a talented team of marketing professionals, including roles like Social Community Manager, Marketing Project Manager, Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Field Marketing Specialist.
Ensure all team members are set up for success in meeting their goals and timelines.
Foster collaboration between team members and other departments (e.g., sales, creative, product) for smooth campaign execution.
Hold regular check-ins with team members to review progress, offer guidance, and support their professional growth.

Daily Responsibilities

Oversee and assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring each aligns with strategic goals and is fully optimized.
Establish systems and processes to track and analyze marketing effectiveness across digital campaigns, social media, and events.
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Ads to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-informed decisions.
Provide regular KPI reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing, covering campaign success, ROI, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for continual process optimization.

Budget Management

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to campaigns, events, and activities.
Monitor and report campaign spending, ensuring efforts stay within budget and drive strong ROI.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Partner closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to align marketing strategies with broader company goals, including growth and retention.
Work with product and sales teams to support product launches and customer acquisition efforts.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Innovation and Industry Knowledge

Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and technology in digital marketing, social media, and events.
Propose new tools, platforms, and strategies to keep the marketing approach current and forward-thinking.
Identify new opportunities for brand growth, including emerging platforms and channels.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Google Ads) is a plus.
7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
Proven success in executing digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and event marketing.
Strong knowledge of marketing platforms and tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively mentor and motivate a diverse marketing team.
Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the education, e-learning, or EdTech industries.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Strong analytical abilities and experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
