Our client in the medical industry is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in copywriting, paid advertising, and content creation, with the ability to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling, high-quality content for websites, blogs, emails, social media, and advertising campaigns. Craft clear, persuasive messaging aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
• Oversee social media strategy, including content scheduling, community management, and analytics to grow brand presence and engagement.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Use SEM tactics to support paid search initiatives.
• Create, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals and target audiences.
• Track campaign performance through data analysis, generating reports to measure success and optimize strategies.
• Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to develop marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on copywriting, paid ads, and content creation.
• Proven success in managing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio showcasing various marketing materials.
• Experience with SEO/SEM strategies and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and refine strategies.
