What You'll Do:

Maintain your state insurance licenses through continuing education and ongoing training to stay ahead of industry trends.
Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs, recommending personalized insurance solutions that fit their unique situations.
Help customers grasp the value and importance of insurance coverage, making informed decisions easier for them.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to our growth and success.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, upholding the integrity and reputation of the agency.
Collaborate with management to create personalized success plans, driving individual and team performance.
Share insights to improve our products and processes, actively contributing to the company's continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and high-energy work environment, leading by example with strong ethical standards.

What You Bring:

A valid insurance license (multi-state licenses are a plus).
2+ years of experience in auto and home insurance sales, especially in high-volume, multi-carrier environments.
Experience using a consultative sales process.
Ability to work effectively from home in a quiet, professional environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Superior communication skills—both written and verbal—with a clear and energetic approach.
Strong dependability and reliability.
