DraftNote Design We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various databases and systems. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy as you will work with large volumes of data that are crucial for organizational operations. 

Pay:

$19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in various databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
• Verify data accuracy by reviewing, correcting, and completing information.
• Generate reports based on the data entered to assist in decision-making processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to data management policies.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar position.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
