COMPENSATION
Start with an 80% commission rate, with the potential to increase to 130%.
Earn various bonuses, including producer and capital bonuses.
Part-time agents can earn $50,000+ in their first year.
Full-time agents can earn $100,000+ in their first year.
Agency Owners have the potential to generate $200,000 - $500,000+ annually, with the opportunity to achieve this role within 2-4 years (some highly motivated individuals have reached this goal in less than 18 months).
REQUIREMENTS
Life Insurance License: A license is required to work in this highly regulated industry. Don't worry if you don't have one yet—we will guide you through the process of obtaining your license.
