We are seeking a talented Critical Care ICU Assistant Nurse RN Manager for a well-regarded acute care hospital in the Raleigh-Durham area!

As the Critical Care ICU ANM, you will manage the ICU during the night shift. You will report to a Nurse Manager of ICU and work with a team of ANMs and House Supervisors. There is a Nurse Educator ICU on the Critical Care Unit, and many of its ICU Nurses are CCRNs. This role involves coordinating patient care, ensuring adherence to hospital policies, and overseeing the operational activities of the unit. As Assistant Nurse Manager of ICU you will work closely with physicians and staff to address operational challenges and ensure that patient care needs are met effectively. Key duties include managing staffing, assisting with hiring and evaluations, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
