Location: Columbus, OH

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Safety professional to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety and be able to effectively communicate safety policies and procedures to all levels of employees.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for all construction projects.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide safety training to all employees and ensure that all safety training is up-to-date.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that safety is a top priority on all construction projects.
• Maintain accurate records of all safety-related incidents and activities.

  Requirements:

• Must be local to the Columbus, OH.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
