Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for a range of construction projects, including new builds and renovations.Develop comprehensive bid packages and ensure timely submission of all proposals.Engage in follow-up with clients and stakeholders on submitted bids, maintaining strong communication throughout the process.Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals, scopes, and budgets.Monitor project budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial targets are met. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant technical certification is also preferred.3-5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects.Proficiency in estimating software and tools, including Timberline, ICE-Estimating, and On-Screen Takeoff.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.A keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
