Job Description

Nagy Family Dental Group is excited to announce the opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Communication Team Coordinator. This full-time position is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the communications within our dental office and with our patients. Located in our state-of-the-art facility, this is not a remote position, requiring the successful candidate to be present on-site to facilitate optimal communication experiences.

The Communication Team Coordinator facilitates excellent communication with our patients using various methods including phone, email, texts, and written correspondence. This role is designed to strengthen the ties we hold with our patients ensuring their entire journey with us is smooth, informed, and satisfactorily managed. The coordinator will also be managing communications directed to the general public via digital billboard signage and on social media platforms, representing our practice’s commitment to community involvement and patient-first service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage effective communication with patients through phone, email, texts, and written correspondence.
  • Handle patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and follow-ups to ensure superior patient care and service.
  • Manage and update digital content on billboards and social media platforms, reflecting the practice’s activities and announcements accurately.
  • Ensure the accuracy of patient information and data across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support marketing and promotional activities through effective communication strategies.
  • Monitor communication tools and systems, ensuring they are current and function efficiently.
  • Assist in the development of communication policies and protocols to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to dental office staff regarding optimal communication practices and tools.
  • Regularly review and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and implement improvements as needed.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality according to regulations and ethical guidelines amidst all communication efforts.

Requirements

  • Superior communication skills.

  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Experience in the dental field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in Open Dental software is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate multi-line business phone systems.
  • Knowledgeable in using digital billboards is considered advantageous.
