The Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Coordinator to support our company's financing needs. This role involves performing comprehensive analysis to inform our loan requirements and preparing inspection details for bank and management review related to weekly/monthly draw expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
Interim Construction Loan Submittals
- Gather required documentation (appraisals, budgets, and floor plans) and review.
- Submit addresses & documents to lenders to get the process started.
- Coordinate close with lenders and title company.
- Reviewing & processing closing documents and ensure loans completely fund with bank and title and notification is sent out internally.
Interim Construction Loan Draw Tracking
- Process weekly draw requests and update draw schedules to track the per house loan balances.
- Coordinate with Construction on new pours and framing to process inspections timely.
- Review Buildtopia to see stage changes to report the most accurate list for weekly draws to cover vendor payments on work progress.
Development Loan Draw Tracking
- Process monthly draw requests and update draw schedules to track horizontal development projects, based on internal draw processes.
- Know how to allocate invoices in budget based on cost codes.
- Send notifications to accounting and land development once draws fund.
- Send invoice packages to accounting for payment.
- Be able to look up whether invoices have/have not been paid upon request. Keep development draw tracker up to date.
Bank Compliance

Assist in responding to bank and audit inquiries on a timely manner.

Respond within 24 hours of receipt of inquiry even if to indicated that the request will take some time to comply.

Compliance reporting to all banks assigned.

Create and update data tapes for leases and/or mortgages for presenting to banks, etc.

Gather information from project management tools
Due Diligence for Note Sales
- Track/collect appropriate collateral needed for purchasers (banks, life insurance companies, etc)
- Review collateral at bank to ensure purchaser has complete original collateral set
- Prepare funding schedules/agreements for seller and purchaser to review and execute
- Prepare note transfer contracts for properties to be moved to other internal entities of Camden
- Communicate with various banks, title companies and note servicing companies and give them sufficient time to prepare for payoffs and prepare collateral for review.
- Once sale is funded, coordinate collateral to be sent to appropriate parties
Document Recording
- Appropriate name label of document and type of document, uploaded to the system of record:Salesforce or any other repository that is added.
- Assist with E-recording when necessary.
Delinquency Reporting
- Managing Seller Finance Note delinquencies and foreclosure process.
- Coordinating with SN Servicing on delinquent properties as well as updating SalesForce with the weekly property updates.
Rental Line Draw

Assist with monthly/bi-weekly draws in the process of gathering documents, requesting BPOs or ARBPOs, filling in the data tape, pulling borrowing base, uploading docs to Box/Lockbox and helping to get closing documents signed.
Distribution Notices to Investors
- Create a distribution schedule for each entity that has a third-party investor.
- Create an investor distribution notice for each investor per entity.
- Once distributions are made, they are allocated into the excel spreadsheet for each notice to go out to investors.
- Answer investor queries regarding the distribution notice.
Providing Bank Budgets to start new loans

Receive budgets from Purchasing, add appropriate percentage increase to the budgets, and work with the lender for submittal.
Creating project Pro Formas
- Create a cost analysis to determine capacity on the lines overfunded vs. underfunded.
- Compose draw schedules to determine project completion and when capacity will be reached.

Required Competencies:
