What We’re Looking For:

• Certification: Active CNA certification (required).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience working with dementia patients is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required.
• Team Player: A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude is essential.
