Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Our growing campus recruiting team is looking for the right person to join us. We are gearing to disrupt the traditional campus talent pipeline with innovative and technology enabled recruiting techniques.

  • We are looking for a campus recruiter to oversee hiring high-quality associates for Client by attracting qualified students through leveraging inventive campus engagement, marketing and screening efforts.

  • The Campus Recruiter will manage the on-campus efforts for a select group target schools and/or business units for full-time positions.

Role responsibilities:

  • Work with business partners and campus teams to create and execute on-campus strategy and enhance the organization's brand and reputation at assigned target schools.

  • Direct and coordinate campus recruiting activities that may include communications, on site interviewing, virtual interviewing and other administrative functions for campus recruiting.

  • Drive all relevant recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, in office and campus interviews, and offers.

  • Attract and screen candidates based on varied business requirements across multiple divisions.

  • Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout the recruiting and into the onboarding process.

  • Manage candidate communications and relationship management by creating and fostering high touch one-on-one relationships with top prospects.

  • Understand career interests and educate students about opportunities at Client.

  • Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses.

  • Manage relationships with key university contacts at career centers.

  • Support campus team in additional functions including onboarding, training, and networking events.

  • Update and monitor university and Client online applicant tracking systems and report on hiring statistics as requested.

  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

  • Travel domestically 30-40% of the work-time during peak recruiting seasons.

  • Works with University Programs to execute and make recommendations for improvement against the recruitment strategy, campus relationship management, and campus marketing/branding.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in campus recruiting ideal, but open to training a new graduate with strong motivation to start a career in talent acquisition.

  • Previous experience in consulting industry/professional services is a plus.

  • Creative, strategic, entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable developing and trying new methods.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships both in person and virtually.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Initiative to manage recruiting processes with minimal guidance.

  • The willingness and ability to travel as required for campus visits, in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.

  • Able to work a flexible schedule as workload requires.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system like Handshake and Taleo is a plus.

  • Comfortable learning and leveraging virtual sourcing systems and techniques including virtual interviewing platforms
