Huttopia invites its clients to disconnect from everyday life, get closer to nature and reconnect with loved ones, while enjoying campsite amenities and exploring the region’s best attractions. An innovative leader in ecotourism, Huttopia was founded in Europe over 20 years ago. Today, the company is pursuing steady development in North America and abroad (France, Netherlands, China), and manages over 60 outdoor resorts with glamping-type accommodations worldwide. 

 

This Summer 2024, Huttopia will operate 6 outdoor resorts in North America. Located in New Hampshire, Maine, New York State, California, and Quebec, each resort has over 80 ‘ready-to-camp’ accommodations, a restaurant, a convenience store, and other services. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will support different departments: 

Restaurant: 

  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment. 
  • Prepare home-made pizzas, salads, crepes, etc. 
  • Take customers’ orders and issue bills and accept payment. 

Housekeeping: 

  • Clean and restock rooms and rentals and maintain cleanliness in common areas. 
  • Make beds and manage bedding deliveries. 

Maintenance: 

  • Monitor the campground and repair the site. 
  • Keep the campground trash-free. 
  • Lift and move maintenance tools and equipment. 

Reception: 

  • Book and manage reservations using our internal software. 
  • Assist guests during check-in and check-out and manage payments. 
  • Answer guests’ inquiries and provide tips & advice on current activities in the region. 
  • Perform all other related tasks.

  • Customer and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Working Conditions

  • Contract duration: Different contract duration are available for the Summer 2024 season: April to October.


Work schedule:  

  • Full-time position.
  • Possibility of onsite lodging, upon availability.
