We're a rapidly growing outdoor hospitality company seeking a dedicated Campground Operations Coach to join our team. As a Campground Operations Coach, you'll play a vital role in managing and supporting our team of General Managers and ensuring our campgrounds deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What you'll do:

Lead and support General Managers: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to our General Managers.
Optimize campground operations: Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Train and develop teams: Train and develop General Managers and on-site teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Drive growth: Maximize camper nights, revenue, and ancillary sales.
Ensure guest satisfaction: Monitor and address guest feedback to ensure a positive experience.
Manage projects: Oversee capital improvements, maintenance projects, and financial reporting.
Travel: Travel to our campgrounds to provide on-site support and guidance.

What you'll need:

Leadership skills: Proven experience leading and managing teams.
Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Technical skills: Experience with campground management systems and other relevant technologies.
Travel flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
