In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting members through various channels, helping them make informed choices about their health plans. You'll have the opportunity to work from home after training, with the flexibility to return onsite if needed.
What You'll Do:
Customer Support: Manage customer calls, gather information, and assess needs to provide exceptional service.
Program Knowledge: Stay informed about our programs and health plans to offer accurate and helpful information to our members.
Data Entry: Process enrollments, exemptions, and disenrollments through multiple channels and input data accurately into our systems.
Information Sharing: Assist members with choosing the right health plan by providing details about benefits and provider networks.
Communication: Respond to calls, emails, and other correspondence in a courteous and precise manner while safeguarding personal health and identification information.
Problem Reporting: Bring any issues or concerns to the attention of the Call Center Supervisor.
Adherence: Follow all policies and procedures consistently to ensure quality service.
What We're Looking For:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least 2 years in customer service or an office setting.
Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
Internet Access: High-speed internet with a modem for remote work.
Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work.
Availability: Ability to start on May 20, 2024, and willingness to work onsite if required.
Training and Flexibility:
Initial Training: Complete a 2-week onsite training program.
Post-Training: Work remotely after training, with the possibility of returning to onsite work based on client needs.
