Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the education and childcare sectors.
- Generate leads through networking outreach and other business development strategies.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach campaigns.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.

Experience:
- Sales Experience : Several years of experience in sales or business development often with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the specific industry they are working in (e.g. tech healthcare education) which helps in understanding customer needs and market trends.
- CRM Proficiency : Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
- Lead Generation : Proven ability to identify and qualify leads through various methods such as networking cold calling and attending industry events.
- Negotiation Skills : Experience in negotiating deals and closing contracts.

Education Background
- Bachelor s Degree : Most BDR positions require at least a bachelor s degree often in fields such as:

- Marketing

- Related fields
Additional Qualifications
- Certifications : Some BDRs may hold certifications in sales or business development such as:
