Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in the education and childcare sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking outreach and other business development strategies.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.

Experience:

  1. Sales Experience : Several years of experience in sales or business development often with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the specific industry they are working in (e.g. tech healthcare education) which helps in understanding customer needs and market trends.
  3. CRM Proficiency : Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.

  5. Negotiation Skills : Experience in negotiating deals and closing contracts.

Education Background

  • Bachelor s Degree : Most BDR positions require at least a bachelor s degree often in fields such as:
